Wilma Jean Carter, 92, passed away on January 18, 2023. She was born April 24, 1930 in Lake Village, Arkansas to Armour and Addie Fowler.

Wilma is survived by her children, David (Jeanne) Bullard, Toni (Dan) Gerling, and John (Jackie) Bullard, five grandchildren, John, Mark, Amber, Dylan, and Johnathan, and two great grandchildren, Daniel and Maeve.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers Marquis and Billy Dale, two sisters, Marjorie and Mildred, her first husband Marion “Curly” Bullard and her second husband, Jack.

Burial services will be private for immediate family.
