Odette Moranton

Odette Moranton passed away peacefully surround by her family in her home on August 8, 2022. Odette was born on March 16, 1926 in Oran, Algeria, and was 96 years when she passed in Galt, Ca.

Odette was a resided in Galt, Ca. for 2 years, she also lived in Ft. Myers beach, Florida for 20 years and Le High Acres, Florida for 10 years. Odette married the love of her life, Marcel Moranton Sr. on July 3, 1948 in Saint Nazaire, France (Since deceased). Odette and Marcel immigrated to the United States in 1946 Via Ellis Island and settled in California. Odette bore two sons, fraternal twins, Marcel and Claude. In 1955 she became a US Citizen. She loved the United States with all her heart. In 1980 Odette and Marcel Sr relocated to Ft. Myers Beach in Florida and spent 20 years enjoying the beach, sun, and ocean. Later they relocated to Le High Acres, Florida and moving inland, enjoying their privacy and seclusion. Odette later moved back to California in 2020 to spend time with family.

Odette loved to sing, dance, listen to music. She loved the outdoors and spending time with family.

Odette Moranton is preceded husband; Marcel Moranton Sr., Son; Claude Moranton, she is survived by son; Marcel Moranton, 5 grandsons; Marcel, Claude, Bryan, Neal, and Joel. She has one great grandson, Andrew
