August 2, 1969 - January 18, 2022
Elk Grove, California - Scott (as his family and friends knew him by) was born in Santa Cruz to Mary Kathleen and Mitchel Groshong, he was a loving father to his 2 sons Jason and Stephan Groshong and a wonderful husband to Cheryl Groshong for 30 yrs. Our loss devastated a lot of people his friends, coworkers and family, he has been battling lung cancer for 5 1/2 years, his passion was working on cars he has been is the automotive industry for about 27 year, he landed his 1st Nissan job in Stockton in 1995,and worked for other Nissan company's but in 2005 he went to work for Nissan of Elk Grove, that's where he became a master tech, he loved his job and the people he worked with, he was always willing to lend a helping hand, he also loved Nascar he never missed a race, He will be missed by many, but not forgotten, his legacy will always be remembered, he will be in our hearts forever.
