Liz was born on November 2, 1962, in Sacramento to Don and Lois Medina. She was the third of five kids. Liz grew up in Herald, CA in a large, close-knit family. She graduated from Galt High School in 1981. As an adult she resided in Galt, CA for more than 30 years. Liz was married twice (and friends with long after) to Richard France (Margaret France) and Peter Martin. “Lizzie” was a hairdresser for many years, and she loved all her “ladies” that were her regulars. Later, she worked for Blue Diamond Almond Growers in Sacramento, where she had worked many years before with her mother Lois, and ex-husband Rich France. Most recently, she was a full-time grandma to her two young grandchildren who were her pride and joy. Liz loved spending time with her family and friends. She was always up for a visit or for anyone to “Just stop by and say hi”. Liz loved to spend time decorating her home, making jewelry and crafts, going to a good movie and hosting the family every Christmas Eve.
