KAREN ALINE STRIBLING

Karen Aline Stribling (Combs) was born January 05, 1948 in Lodi, California to parents Josephine Combs (Standiford) and Burl Combs. She married the love of her life Michael Stribling on May 24, 1969 in Carson City, Nevada. Together they had two (2) beautiful children Jasen Stribling and Kari Roesler (Stribling). 

She passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loved ones on the morning of April 27, 2024.

She will be fondly remembered by her overwhelming generosity to those around her. She worked closely with her local church, where she was a board member, as well as multiple non profit volunteer organizations providing personalized bags and boxes for those in need. Her love and support is something that will continue on in the hearts and minds of those who were lucky enough to have met her and been touched by her generosity.

She is preceded in death by Father, Burl Combs; Mother, Josephine Combs (Sandiford); Brother, Gary Combs; and Grandson, Jordan Stribling. 

She is survived by husband, Michael Stribling; Brother, Kenneth Combs; Sister, Diana Combs-Curtis; Sister, Martha Combs; Son, Jasen Stribling; Daughter, Kari Roesler (Steve) Son, Chris Burton (Michelle) ; Grandson(s), Cliff Burton, Devyn Roesler; Granddaughter, Ciera Stribling. Along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A viewing will be held for Karen on Wednesday, May 8th 2024 from 3pm-7pm at Ben Salas Funeral Home location at 149 4th St in Galt

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, May 10 2024 at 1pm at Galt SDA Church located at 619 Myrtle Ave in Galt
