Frank has been a resident in Galt for 40+ years. He also resided in Zacatecas, Mexico

Frank worked for Pacific Agriculture for over 40+ years. He also loved to read books, and care for his garden. He also enjoyed to watch movies, and was a family man loved by many.  

Frank survived by: Liliana, Francisco, Andres, Nancy, and Manuel. 8 Grandchildren
