Christeen Perry Obituary

Christeen Lyn Perry (Chrissy) passed away on November 4, 2022 from respiratory problems. Chrissy was
born October 19, 1965. Chrissy was in a wheel chair for forty years from a automobile accident when
she was 14. Chrissy enjoyed life, her family and friends plus a good party sometimes. Chrissy went on to
finish her education and graduated from Estrellita High. Chrissy could talk to anyone even complete
strangers about all sorts of subjects. Chrissy enjoyed True Crime television shows, sewing and paper
crafting. Chrissy also enjoyed riding in her wheel chair around town, stopping to shop, going to a family
or friends house to visit or Dr. Appointments. Sometimes she rode the bus into Lodi and back again for
Dr. Appointments and became 90 percent red ridden.
Chrissy is preceded in death by her mother Carol Perry and her father Ivan Perry.
Chrissy was the youngest of six siblings. Her brother Mike and his wife Linda live in Stockton, California,
her sister Marilyn and her husband Cliff Frasier live in Galt, California, her sister Kathy Husby lives in
South Dakota, her sister Peanut Moyer lives in Arkansas and her sister Martha Cavins lives in Galt,
California. Her caregiver for over 24 years and niece Tanya Moreno spent many years caring for Chrissy.
Committing herself to giving Chrissy the healthiest life possible. Kelly Smith her alternate caregiver for
several years also strived to help Chrissy and the family. The family would like to thank every one who
visited Chrissy, her roommate Mark Northington who also helped with Chrissy’s well-being. Gene Smith
who would go over on moments notice to fix Chrissy bed or wheel chair or just to drop off dinner for
her. It took a village to keep Chrissy safe and healthy. The family appreciates all of you.
