Bernard (Bernie) J Simoni

Bernie age 86 passed away peacefully at home of natural causes  on June 10 2024. Born May 11 1938, to Mario and Florence Simoni in Cleveland Ohio.

He lived a life marked by dedication to his family and friends.
He was a beloved husband to his wife of nearly 62 years Clariece, and a Wonderful  dad to two beautiful  children, Marty Simoni (Kathy) and Monika Gold (Jeff), and a cherished Papa to Alyssa and Sarah Hibbs, he has one great-grand son Seth.

Bernie Proudly served in the National Guard, demonstrating his commitment to his country. He worked as laborer in construction for Teichert construction for over 30 years where his strong work ethic and craftsmanship were highly regarded.

Throughout his life, Bernie was known for his kindness, generosity and unwavering commitment to helping others. He loved to garden and feed the humming birds in the backyard.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his sister Sandra Leach. Survived by his brother Danny (Julie).Simoni.

Rosary and viewing will be at Ben Salas funeral home on July 1, 2024 at 3pm-7pm.

Funeral service we be held at St. Christopher in Galt on July 2 2024, at 10:30 am.  Followed by interment in family plot at Galt Arno Cemetery.
