ANITA JUANITA SOMILE HOUTSMA

Anita Juanita Somile (Houstma) passed away on February 16, 2024 at the age of 64 due to a brief illness at UC Davis in Sacramento, CA. Anita was born on November 26, 1959 to Alex and Juanita Somile, she was number eight of eleven children.  

Anita was a lifelong resident of Galt she worked at the Galt Flea Market , loved being in her carefree attire Jeans and Trucker Cap, she was known for her love of fishing, attending birthday celebrations for her many nieces and nephews. Anita was a quiet and kind soul to all family members.

Anita is survived by grandchildren Abigail Somile, Cory and Felicity Contreras and Joseph Herrera.

Also her siblings Gloria Oyog, Alex Somile Jr, Nore Reaves, Danette Ocha and Nancy Esteban.

She was preceded in death by her father Alex, mother Juanita, siblings Pauline, Victor, Lucy” Flora”, Sammy, Dicky Somile.

She will greatly be missed by all her Siblings, Grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews, Cousins, and Many Friends.

Rest in Peace Sister, Grandma, Auntie, and Friend. We will Miss you.
